I love food, especially sweets. I much prefer working with sweets than coming up with savory dishes. However, I will gladly prep vegetables and meat for someone else to cook savory dishes for me! Oh, and I also don't mind washing dishes after I'm done making a mess in the kitchen.
The story of where Piee came from:
My boyfriend gave me the nickname "Staceypie." One day I was making a username, but "Staceypie" wasn't available so I added an extra "e" at the end. As a result, people began calling me "Piee" for short and that is how the name stuck!
I decided to name this blog "Simply Piee," because well...this blog is all about me! It is also a play on the word "pie." It's fitting because this blog is about food "pie" and about me "piee." Get it? Well, maybe it's just amusing to me...
